Enterprise board - L2 - Variable Inductor?
« on: 2019.July.17. 00:20:02 »
Hi All,

I've got a defective component on my refurb EP128 board.  L2 - is this a variable inductor?  Anyone know what the value is and where to get one?

Thanks

Mark.

Not fully, I will get 3 pcs.

Yes, you can get one :-) You also asked about the 64K expansion board.

Hey All,

So, I soldered in the new inductor from Zozo - still no screen display - does anyone know how to adjust the inductor to the correct postition?

Are there / is there a voltage I should be measuring on the board whilst adjusting the L2 inductor?

I had the EP working before the inductor broke..

Thanks for any help!

Mark.

Sorry for resurecting this old thread, but I am in search of the replacement of the L2 inductor. The above source seems to be depleted, anyone know where to get one these days?

I think nowhere and neither is the L1 coil available.
There is only one chance, a donor machine in which they are still functional.

Sure, for L1 it seems to be true, you told me so yourself in email 😁

But the problem is L2, that messes up the video output. I adjust it and it just goes off again by the time I assembe the EP.

Unfortunately the L2 coil is not available either.  :(
