I'd go for *** Lazy programmer
But if I can't have that I'd go for *** 64k memory overflow
Ok.
Final one: if the data not readed from WD Data Register before the next byte decoded, then it is lost, WD set Lost Data error bit in the Status Register. (At the writing write 00h when the next data byte not written in time to the Data Register)
This error reported by the DISKIO but later it is decoded same Data error as the WD CRC error.
Probably because in standard system this can not be occured. But with Turbo EXDOS (handling HD disks) are very often possible if the Z80 not switched to enought high clock frequency.
I want to add new error code and message for this.
*** Lost data
Techicaly right but not too informative for the end user. He can think something lost from the disk.
*** Lost data because CPU running too slow
Informative, but I think too long
Ok now we have lot of ROM space
but I more like the original style messages.
Any good idea?
