Hmmm strange tactic indeed..

He gave me some chat about moving a store and putting the price of the item up so that no one would be tempted to buy it.

Sorry, but seen this exact tactic elsewhere in the past.. just hoping to catch someone out I think..

Just noticed a person selling an EP64 on ebay - for £5000 + £50 s/h.

Messaged them to ask if the price was a mistake, and the reply was no, but if I wanted to make an offer?

I didn't and a few minutes later another message offering me one for £300 - makes me furious these sharks..

Interestingly, it was accompanied with a picture showing a pile of boxed EP's that they had for sale..

I've just stumbled across this thread and am amazed at the progress here!

I wondered (since the last post in the thread was back on 18/12/2020) if there were any further updates from the team on this project?  It is fascinating reading and I would love to be able to try this out on my Mister..

Hey All,

So, I soldered in the new inductor from Zozo - still no screen display - does anyone know how to adjust the inductor to the correct postition?

Are there / is there a voltage I should be measuring on the board whilst adjusting the L2 inductor?

I had the EP working before the inductor broke..

Cheers Zozo - have emailed a company in the UK that specialises in finding old varibale inductors (epecially Toko).  We'll see what they come back with.

Any update on the price for the Ram upgrade / EXOS ROM and have your coils appeared yet?

Thanks Judge!

I got delivery for 25UK Pounds - which I was happy with at the end of the day.

That'll make 2 EP 128's and 1 EP 64 in my collection (and I think I have another EP128 and EP64 in my loft somewhere!) and one board which I am fixing up - just need that coil (113CNK1881) from Zozo when he gets them - he got the last 3! :-(

Can't now find any of those coils on the web - I wish I knew what the coil was - inductance wise - may be able to find a replacement that will work..

Is there a parts list document anywhere that lists the parts and values of the EP components that you know of?

Also - I got the modulator from you (posted my your daughter - please pass on my thanks to her!) and soildered it in - works a treat!

Will look better when I get that coil in though!
