I have made two variations for the logo with URL. You can see them here. I exported them from the SVG.
I don't feel it crowded.

indeed, doesn't look too bad. I prefer the lower-case url design

They also want logos with "one two eight" and maybe "sixty eight".
I hope the pixels will be visible on the t-shirts.

We have our first quotation. The lady who sent it gave us a few suggestions.
We should put the logo on the left of the t-shirt's front with 9,5 x 3,5 cm dimension, but the URL would be to small, she suggested to put it on the back instead. We need to order at least 50 pieces. In that case the prices are these:

Logo on front
480 HUF / piece
URL on back
600 HUF / piece
T-Shirt (with collar)
1.920 HUF / piece

The prices are depending on the dimensions of the embroidery and the number of the t-shirts.
That means if we want the logo without the URL on the front in 9,5 x 3,5 cm and the URL on the back, one t-shirt will cost 3000 HUF + cost of posting.

I would like to have our original plan with the URL below the logo, so I asked what she can offer if we want that. Maybe the whole logo could be bigger. I'm afraid that will increase the price.

We can order the t-shirts with bigger logo. The lady told if it is 12 cm x 5,5cm, the URL would be 6 mm, that should be well readable.
The new price would be 660 HUF / pieces. That means a t-shirt will cost 2580 HUF.

thanks for the info.
which color will the polo have?

i converted about 4000 HUF to Euro (3000HUF t-shirt and 1000HUF postage?), which is about 16,- euro

You can put me down for 2 pieces in preferably 3XL. If not available 2XL is ok too.
Logo on front+URL on back would be cool, I think. But whatever design comes out, I'll take 2!

I think the black would be the best or maybe dark grey (similar to the EP main color, as Zozo pointed out), if they have such a color.
The price is not final, because we can give them our own t-shirts (bought separately from another company if we find one) to work on.
We are trying to find the best affordable solution.

It´s a nice idea with the EP t-shirts.
I would take two shirts in xl.
I think 16€ is not too much for a shirt, my pupils design every year a shirt when they finished school and they pay up to 20€ for shirt and logo.

We started to collect the money. It is possible to pay through PayPal or with creditcards. I will write the details to the concerned members.

Yes, I got it, thanks. I have not answered, since I don't know yet how much will be the cost of posting.
I will write the details as soon as I know the exact sum.

Welcome to our forum! :-)
Unfortunately I can not show you a picture of the t-shirt. The logo will be on the front in 12x5cm size.
The cost depends on how do you want to be send it to you? By post or by DHL, TNT, etc. I don't know which would be the cheapest (maybe the post?), but the safe solution is not the post I'm affraid.

Yes. I made a sample picture about our T-shirt here.
This is not an official sample from the company who will make the T-shirt, so our real T-shirt will not be the same, but the image can help you to imagine how it will look.
