This is not a game, this is a image viewer with basic loader, which uses vload extension.

 The picrures are 4 color pictures - without attribute mode (graphics hires 4)

  The pictures about naked girls.
 Do you know if this is a conversion from another computer system?

Yes! These are the pictures, but the website shows only 3 pictures. Where are the others?
