The pictures from SlashNet are SVG Data which is a vectorgraphical format. All the printing company uses this format because it is scalable to almost any size. Before printing it will be rasterzed to dots. So the inkjet printer can put small dots on the paper.
The rasterisation is one way process, a rasterized image cannot be converted to vector, that's why scanning a printed image does not help to reprint it.
The only way to get back the original vectorgraphical picture is, to redraw it.

The other problem is, that the resterized dots (made by inkjet printer) are placed in a random pattern. Every color placed in a different place (the 3 main color i mean) so a high resolution scan would show a lot of dots on a screen, which has to be blurred first.

I am telling this informations, because someone threw up the idea to reproduce original box of the EP.

Scanned polygraphic image can be improved, but the image of the computer will still come out worse than the original.
For excellent results you need either original photos or newly made ones (in which case the picture will be slightly different).

ok, definitely not perfect, but I tried my best ... when printed in cartridge size, it does not look too bad though.30008-230006-3 You can improve on that! :-)

thomas643, I am sorry.
Because of all these chaotic days, I forgot about the label for the cartridge.
Maybe it isn't too perfect: this one of the first labels that I did. I see now it needs for fully rework. But it can be useful at now.

Can you also remake the Softcart "Head" label?
It is with two empty socket cartridges.

I am afraid that at the moment I will not have enough time to do it. I hope to be free by the summer.

But I have box cover for IS-Lisp with some another head picture. :)

Does anyone happen to know the exact font name of the type used on the original Enterprise keyboard? To anyone's knowledge is a digital version available?

Thank you! I wasn't certain whether that was the exact font, so thanks for confirming.

I actually have access to the Bitstream foundry via my work, and checked the font today. Interestingly enough the 0 (zero) used on the Enterprise keyboard is different (uses the programmer's slashed zero). The original Bitstream font does not include it, so it must have been a custom glyph (I assume).

Using FontForge & PhotoLine I fixed that:

Now for obvious legal reasons this is only a quick fix done at home.
But since the Geometric Slab Serif typeface itself is not copyrighted, I plan on printing each of the font's glyphs on A4s (which is copyrighted), then scan in the letters, and draw the font myself.

I intend to call it EE Geometric Slab Medium (EE=Elan Enterprise). I can then share the font here.
It may take a few weeks to finish this.

Great!

Maybe you can modify also the Octin Prison regular font to make the similar Enterprise Logo font.

Thanks.
