You can find the commercial in the Videos folder of the Download (in the menubar) section of the site.

it may be my measly office laptop, but the video and audio aren't very good.
there's still stuttering (like the youtube one) and the video seems to drop frames as well?

I'll try tonight at home, maybe that'll be better.
Is the source not very good maybe?

So, I can assume the source is "corrupt"?

Are these the actual source files or is there a real DVD with a VIDEO_TS folder with VOB files?

Clip plays fine for me - are you sure the stuttering in the voice is not intended? Its "Max Headroom" - a 1980's character (was supposed to be a computer malfunctioning) - so the stutter in voice is how its supposed to be.

Just to confirm this: That's Matthew Frewer doing the voice-over and he did indeed play Max Headroom. Compare with this  YouTube clip.
