Hi, is there an extensive list of : commands documented anywhere? eg. :help etc
Is it needed? They are easy to use, aren't they?
There's only :BASIC and :WP for common machines and :HELP to get a list of the extensions and :HELP <extension> (e.g. :HELP BASIC)
For German (bilingual) machines there's :VLOAD, :VSAVE and one more (I don't remember)
Using special hardware more commands are added (such as :EXDOS), in this case look at the documentation of the hardware (if there is) or of the software extension (such as :ASMON).

What do you mean an extension list?

The colon commands defined by the ROM extensions, so you need their documentations or their helps.
