The first tests unfortunately unsuccessful.
TZX file has been converted to TAP format using TZX2TAP.
The converted file starts without a problem on the emulator.
1. ZX Spectrum +2 with the Profi extension - there are two large squares on the right, one green and the other red.
2. Pure ZX Spectrum +2 - effect the same as above.
3. ZX Spectrum+ 48KB - only black screen.

On pure ZX Spectrum +2 the Z80 file is correctly playing :)

As I saw the speed is the same as on Speccy, just the program have been divided to 4K blocks, except the screen (1b00h block), so I put the music block (1200h block) also in bigger size.

On Timex TC2048 (Portuguese clone of ZX Spectrum, very popular in Poland) is working good :smt023

The most effective way of improving the loading speed would probably be to compress the data. Running epcompress on the TZX file reduces its size from 52 to 19 KB; while this is not the most accurate way of testing, half size looks realistic. Although the sound would be less interesting, more like white noise. :)
