Probléma: Batman - A körgalléros Crusader Part I & 2

Hi Guy's,
I need your Help again.... :roll:

I can't figure out, how to start the 2 Games, when I'm at the Screen, where i can choose my Joystick.....
Nothing happens, when putting on 1,2,3,4 or 5....the Games don't start  :(

What's the trick ?           (using the dumps from ep128.hu )

That looks like an emulation problem :oops: :ds_icon_frown: Until a fixed emulator version is released, you could try using the other emulator for these games, or, as a temporary workaround, type this command in the monitor (Alt+B, then click on "Page 2" at the top of the window, and then type the command in the upper left part of the window) when the "frozen" menu appears:
Code: [Select]
A 9E36 IN A, (B5)this is for the first game; for the second one, you need
Code: [Select]
A 9CFA IN A, (B5)instead.
By the way, the problem seems to be that these games read the tape input instead of the external joysticks (a bug ?), and the tape input bits are 0 on the emulator when there is no tape, while they should be 1 actually.

Have not tried an other Emulator (EP32) , yet.

Well, the Hungarian translation is not correct but we could understand your question! It's a good result from the machine translation. (We could understand = Wir konnten verstehen; result = Ergebnis, Resultat)

Anyway, the word in the title is not "dead" (German: tot) but "death" (German: Tod). In ep128.hu it's also incorrect but in the title screen of the game there is "death", not "dead".
Anyway, I think "fete" is a word of French origin, it means "celebration" but there should be some accent-like thing on the first "e": fête.

"A körgalléros Crusader" is a very cool, funny translation, I like it! :D Crusader means "keresztes lovag" but it is not a common word in Hungarian language, you don't need to memorize it.  :ds_icon_cheesygrin: (lovag means in English: knight; auf Deutsch weiss ich nicht...)

Upps..you're right ! I'll correct this....."A Fete (maybe "fate") worse than Death" = "Ein Schicksal, schlimmer als der Tod"

Well, it is a small change, so with this one and another tape related bug fix that I made earlier, a 2.0.7.1 version could be released in a few days.

A bit more exactly:
Crusader = Kreuzritter = keresztes lovag (a person)
Crusade = Kreuzzug = keresztes háború (a kind of war / eine Kriegart/Kriegsorte)

btw.
Cover is updated....but maybe it should be "A Fate worse than Death" = "Ein Schicksal schlimmer als der Tod".

You mean "fate", not "fete"? Yes, it also makes sense.
In my opinion "Fete worse than Death" means in German "Ein Fest ist schlimmer als Tod".
Do you think it was misspelled (falsch buchstabiert) in the game in the title screen? It might be...

PS: "Schlimmer" is better here than "schlechter"?

This could be interesting also.
It seems that sentence means when everyone know in a small city they are going to kill any newcomer and they are enjoying that, so the death would be redemption for their victims. There are a lots of horror movie based on this theme eg Blood Harvest.
So the fete means festival, for the murders.
