Title: Dizzy On Enterprise???
Post by: Womble on 2008.November.10. 04:47:43
I have seen wikipedia claiming that the Enterprise machines had version of some of the Dizzy games!!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantasy_World_Dizzy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantasy_World_Dizzy)

Is this actually true? I thought the machines were long dead by the time Dizzy came to power in the late 80s?

If it is true - where can I get a copy of the game to run on my machine  :ds_icon_cheesygrin:  :ds_icon_cheesygrin:  :ds_icon_cheesygrin:

Yes, but these not are official released games, these are unofficial conversions of the Spectrum version.
The Enterprise is about the third most populated 8 bit computer in Hungary (after the Zx Spectrum and C64), and have a very active life until about 1995. And it is still alive in 2008  :ds_icon_cheesygrin:
The enthusiastic Hungarian EP users converted least thousand Spectrum programs to the Enterprise, including the Dizzy series :-)
