I can't find them anywhere. The EPTE site looked promising, but I got a 404 error when I tried to download the actual files. Could somebody please tell me where I can find games to download?

Well, I have to say you did not try to hard...
But welcome to the site anyway ;-)

Well, yes, I can download files there, but they're DOS programs that don't run and random other files that aren't recognized. I feel incredibly stupid posting this, but I can't figure out how to run them in my emulator(ep128emu, if you're curious).
Actually, that was the first site that I found.

These are not DOS programs, but the most of the Enterprise users followed the MS-DOS traditions, and named the runnable machine code programs as .COM files.
The most easy way use a real floppy disk. Copy the game files from the archives to any standard floppy disk.
In the ep128emu, load configuration file: EP_128K_EXDOS.cfg
Then you have a floppy emulation.
And in the Options/Floppy configuration write a \\.\A: to the A: drive line, and then press apply.
After this the emulated Enterprise use as A: the disk in your PC A: drive.
Now you can load programs, by the LOAD command.
For example: load "game.com"
The typical runnable programs: *.COM, *.BAS, *.TRN (these are modified programs,TRAINER versions: infinitive lifes, etc)

Thank you very much for your explanation. However, I have a new Toshiba Satellite and it doesn't have a floppy drive. After a lot of screwing around with the program, I still can't figure out how to use it. Is there an alternative method? Or should I just find a different emulator?

Another way: use any virual floppy disk program to handle disk images. Copy the games to the disk images, and at ep128emu floppy configuration select your disk image file as drive A:
