If there are no problems to implement Cyrillic fonts, then I can make it (fonts and text translation).
Previously, I had already worked on the translation of some more modern games.

I'll made some modifications and post font for dialogs.

What about big font for "Chapter" label?

I need at least 3 additional characters.

I looked at the sources for the ZX version, but didn't see how they were stored.

And is it possible to easily extract Russian text from the ZX version? I see that the text is compressed, and during the game only the current dialogue is decompressed.

Test version of cyrillic font.
If some Latin letters stil needed I can made character reorganisation.

I aligned most of the glyphs along the right border so that there are fewer cases of adjacent letters sticking together
Made wide screenshot to understand final look of font.
But in any case, need to see how the font looks in the game itself, and make final edits.

I've translated few dialogs from begining for testing.
Here's sample of text ready to insert into game.
Cyrillic letters has been converted to fit the font.

Could you please translate the full text, i would test when it is finished, playing with text to fit in 16KB is a pain, playing with charset is much easier.
I will use the English Chapter picture like it was done for the other new languages.
1 thing is needed the Ukrainian language selection box, and i will send you other texts also from the game, but those are short.

If menu item is just a picture - no problem to redraw.

Ukrainian texts are usually longer than English ones.
For now I'm translating the texts as they are. But later I may shrink some of the dialogues to fit the space needed.

I finish translating dialogs.
I miss only chapter names, NPC names.
And what about next screens?

I can leave some latin letters in font for hotkeys (RLP) and password letters (ABCDEF). Because some cyrillic capital letters didn't use in dialogs. But I didn't know what to do with credits screen.

P.S.: Made some calculations and I can fit all capital latin letters, stroke cyrillilc letters and required capital cyr letters in font. :smt038
